What if I have never had success trading before?

Our systems uses stocks and options to create income and protection. Options are incredible tools and offer huge benefits IF you learn how to use them properly. Most UNTRAINED investors lose money, but the Cash Flow Machine methodology stacks the odds in your favor. It’s not a guarantee – just an increase in your probability for success. Tons of my students have had success because I take the guesswork out of implementing the system. It works no matter your mood, your hunches, the news, or anything that could otherwise derail most investors.

What methodology is important in trading?

To be an effective and successful investor, you must protect the downside – at all costs. Return OF investment is more important than return ON investment. That said, there is a balance between taking too much risk and not taking enough. You must figure out a way to either have: 1) lots of little wins with a few small losses or 2) lots of big wins while keeping your losses relatively small. That is the key to being able to preserve capital to be able to invest in future opportunities.

Why do you focus so much on income?

Because cash is king. Think about it. What is better: a vacant lot (with no renters) that may increase in value in 10 years or a rental property with renters who pay consistent monthly rent (and whose value may increase in 10 years)?

When a high rate of cash-flow is received from owning an asset, it gives you small monthly wins that compound over time.

Who is this NOT for?

This webinar is NOT for someone who wants a “get rich quick” scheme for making money. Successful investing is about having a proven system that is repeatable and works over and over again. This webinar shows you a system for creating small wins over time and using the laws of compounding to increase your wealth. Actually, it is boring. The problem is that most people want excitement (risk) in their investments and not boring (consistency). Over time, boring usually wins. Remember the tortoise and the hare? The hare won the short sprints, while the tortoise won the overall race. If you want excitement, this is not for you.

What do you mean by “boring”?

Listen, we strive for a return of 2% per month, which doesn’t sound like much. But let’s look at it. Two percent a month is over 24% a year. If you take $100K and invest it at 2% per month, it grows to more than $1-million in 10 years (a 1000% return).

Ask yourself: “is that boring?”
