Well, you have to start somewhere and if you are here, you care enough about your investments to understand that wealth comes over time – not overnight. We all have to save up enough to have a meaningful investment amount. Then, we can learn tools and systems that will help us earn a good rate of return so that we can ensure our future.
Now, let’s explore your risk tolerance to see what the future may hold.
Question # 7
What is your risk tolerance/investor type?
SPECULATOR - I am willing to take big risks in order to get a big reward.
AGGRESSIVE – I am willing to “push the limits” because not taking chances leads to lower returns
CONSERVATIVE – I am not willing to take huge chances because high risks mean high rewards and I have worked hard for my money
MODERATE – I like to balance my risks with some growth and some conservative investments.
TIMID/SAFE – I don’t want to take any chances with my money. Return OF investment is better than return ON investment
ABOVE AVERAGE – I want more from my investments than I am getting and am willing to educate myself in order to do so.
EXCELLENT – I understand that the “rich” invest differently than most. I want to be one of them so I am willing to study what they do if that is the result that I can ultimately get.
SCARED – I don’t want to be broke when I am old, so I want to be careful.
SKEPTICAL – I’ve followed the conventional Wall Street wisdom in the past, but it hasn’t made me wealthy. I want to learn what to do and I am willing to question the conventional wisdom.
